Customized Holistic Health and Nutrition Coaching

 

Whether you need to lose weight, have recently put on weight, or have been told by your doctor that you must change the way you eat, Randy’s customized coaching program can help you reach your personal goals.

 

As your coach, she will support and help you create the mindset needed to lose and maintain weight, discover the foods that work with your body so you can lose weight naturally, and teach you an uncomplicated way of eating. Included in the sessions are specific ideas for healthy and delicious meals, with recipes and tips to help you lose weight and keep it off without following a diet or a plan.

Conscious Plate Consulting:  A Virtual Program

 

This service, which is done virtually, is for people who struggle with what to eat, how to make delicious healthy meals, or want to cook meals on a more consistent basis.

 

Randy draws upon her training and experience as a Chef who works with unprocessed and minimally processed ingredients to take you beyond a cookbook and come up with a variety of options that you will enjoy, can prepare regularly, and which will not leave you feeling deprived.

 

Customized to your individual needs and likes, the program can include:

 

  • Helping you to find your kitchen confidence,
  • Teaching you to create and use your kitchen tool box to work efficiently
  • Teaching you to choose superior ingredients and how to eliminate ingredients that may be sabotaging your health,
  • Teaching you how to easily avoid the ingredients that are not good for you without feeling deprived,
  • Teaching you to create your own signature dishes,
  • Teaching you to build on what you already know.

If you are local to the NY metropolitan area, a food shopping trip may also be arranged.  Consultations can be purchased individually or as multiple session coaching packages.

Conscious Plate Customized Lessons

 

These private, customized lessons can be scheduled for individuals or a group of friends, family or colleagues. Lessons can be one-time or in a series and held at your home or business.
