" I had a very good experience in the program. I don't love to cook, but I enjoyed the classes more than I thought I would. I wish I had a passion for cooking. I basically eat to live and I learned how to make meals and snacks (love the kale chips!) in an easy, efficient way. Randy has a easy-going way about her and she is down-to-earth, very relatable.
As a result of the program, I don't mind cooking as much as I used to. Also, I am more aware of different ingredients to use while I cook. I am not afraid of salt anymore; I used to not use salt much because of high blood pressure, etc., but I use some sea salt and see what a difference it makes in the quality of the taste of the food."

Once we began to receive our gorgeous, delicious, and conscious meals from Randy we could immediately see a change in our energy and in our health. Struggling with borderline high cholesterol. I got a great report after about 3 months into conscious eating with Randy. We got our time back from misguided shopping and we saved money by no longer wasting food. We both felt better about where I food was coming from because she removed those confusing decisions of organic, whole, or green. Working with Randy is relaxing and fun, and extremely productive! After a one-day intensive, I learned how to shop, cook four different recipes, including desserts and drinks, and how to use what I already own in the kitchen. And even though Randy is a master cook with several years of culinary experience, I didn't feel intimidated in asking even basic questions, ranging from cutting techniques to selecting seasonal produce to best preserving food items. Randy works with what I already have, and she has helped set up our pantry.
Randy also works with children, teaching them the idea that healthy food can be tasty too. My teenage daughter, who takes weekly classes with Randy, has cooked for our family and gets excited about shopping for food. She now eats wholesome food that I never would have expected her to enjoy. Cooking with Randy has been rewarding and educational, giving me deeper insight into how to create a more healthy lifestyle for me and my family."

I really enjoyed the classes, learning a few new recipes, getting to ask Randy and the other participants questions and cooking tips while Randy cooked, and having a few new recipes added to my repertoire. It reminded me that this should be fun and not a chore.
